Great home in a great location. Only a 5 minute drive to Main Street. Nice big yard with a cozy fire pit and relaxing hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and absolutely loved it. The place was well stocked, the backyard was great for our pups, and the location was close to town. Would absolutely stay again.

The Pecan Haus was a wonderful choice while visiting Fredericksburg. It is modern, clean and stocked with everything you need. Joe is a wonderful host as he was accommodating and responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend The Pecan Haus!

House Rules #1 No Parties or Large Events: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Exterior cameras at the front door will monitor guest count. If the number of people entering the house exceeds the number of registered guests, your booking may be immediately canceled without refund. #2 Local Guests: We reserve the right to decline bookings from local guests. #3 Security Cameras: For security purposes, we have two exterior cameras: - Ring doorbell at the front door. #4 Maximum Occupancy: City regulations limit occupancy to 8 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. #5 Smoking and Illegal Drugs: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the property. If you must smoke, please do so at least 15 feet away from windows or entry points. A cleaning fee of $250 will apply if smoke or drug residue is detected inside the property. #6 Firearms Policy: Firearms left behind will incur a $100 retrieval fee, payable upon meeting at the property, or items may be collected at the local police department. #7 Noise Ordinance: The city's noise ordinance is in effect from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors, as noise violations may result in police involvement. #8 Extended Stay Cleaning: For stays of 20 days or more, a mandatory light cleaning (dusting, linen changes, vacuuming, countertop wipe-downs) is required every two weeks starting after the first 10 days. This incurs a $100 cleaning fee per service. #9 Pets: Pets are allowed. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet. Limit 2 pets per stay. #10 Commercial Use: Commercial use of the property or arrangement of third-party services without the owner's prior written approval is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in a $750 penalty. #11 Mail: Do not have mail or packages delivered to the property during your stay. #12 Acceptance of Rules: By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all of the above-listed house rules.
